Lakeside is the home to many competitive summer leagues. Joining a league is a great way to experience competitive golf, socialize with people you may or may not know, and build life-long connections with a lot of amazing individuals. Our leagues are open to all (age 18 and older) regardless if you are a season pass holder or just want to pay weekly fees.
All league registration will be run through Golf Genius. Links to register and be directed to the individual league's site can be found below.
Men's Tuesday AM 18-Hole League
Our Tuesday morning league is for individuals who want to play 18 holes in a competitive stroke play format. Each golfer will play their own golf ball the entire 18 holes, earning points based on the Stableford scoring system. Golfers are placed in flights and compete against others of similar ability levels. Players have the opportunity to play with individuals who are not in their flight.
League play is every Tuesday morning starting with a shotgun start at 9:00 am.
Men's Tuesday PM 9-Hole League
Our Tuesday evening league is for individuals who can only play 9 holes in a competitive, one-on-one match play format. Golfers are flighted according to their ability and play head-to-head against a different opponent each week. Golfers earn points based on the amount of holes they win during a match. Points accumulate throughout the season.
Golfers will have the opportunity to play with individuals who are not in their flight on a weekly basis.
Ladies Wednesday PM 9-Hole League
Wednesday is our Ladies night. Our Wednesday league consists of weekly semi-competitive games and formats that allow our ladies to test their games and yet socialize with one another. There are no season-long points so don't worry if you cannot make a week. Ladies have the ability to schedule who they play with via the Golf Genius portal.
Women of all ability levels are welcome and encouraged to attend.
Thursday 18-Hole BIG CUP
Our Thursday league is designed for golfers to form their own team of four players and play on limited days throughout the year. Teams are allowed to play their league round on Thursday or Friday. Scoring format alternates between 1 Gross/1 Net one week of league play, followed by counting 2 of 4 Net the following league night.
League is open to males and females.
Couple's Sunday 9-Wine-n-Dine
A very popular program in its second year at Lakeside! We want to invite couples out on a rotating Sunday and Friday night schedule to play a friendly 9-hole game, meet other couples who enjoy the game, and to enjoy a meal or drink afterwards. What better way to kick-off your weekend or wind-down before your week starts than with your partner?! Tee times start at 3:30pm. The Pro Shop will release pairings day of play.
Couples 9-Wine-n-Dine is open to both Lakeside season pass holders and public players.
